You will be provided a copy of the above information at your initial visit. However, to be completely sure that your physical therapy is covered, it is best to call your insurance company and confirm your benefits with them.

We have multiple therapists on staff who speak a variety of languages. While we do not have interpreters on staff, we are able to provide you with a video interpreter for your appointments at no cost to you.

Appointments last between 40- 60 minutes. Depending on what you are attending physical therapy for, and where you are in your plan of care will determine the length of your appointment. Please arrive  10-15 minutes early for your appointment to complete the intake paperwork. This is required even if you have seen one of our partner physicians.

Your physical therapist will be able to give a better estimate of this after your initial evaluation. The length of treatment will depend on why you are attending physical therapy, whether you had or will be having surgery, and your individual goals. It depends. We do our best to make sure that you see the same provider each time. However, the great thing about physical therapy is that we all work as a team. For some patients, the time of day may be more important, and you may choose to vary who your appointment is with to make sure you get the same appointment time each visit. We will always work to get each visit with the same provider when possible.
