“Coming back from spine and knee replacement surgery hasn’t been easy for me. It’s a process and certainly not a quick fix. My surgeon’s, as gifted as they are, don’t come out and tell you what recuperation will be like and I’m sure every patient is different. Josh, who is the physical therapist I work with at OrthoBethesda is candid about the rehab process and has been instrumental in guiding my treatment and subtly motivating me to work past the pain to achieve results.”
