Lauren is from Norfolk, Virginia, and moved to Northern Virginia to start her physical therapy career in 2018. She received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Virginia Commonwealth University and her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology from the University of Virginia. Lauren is a Board Certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties. She has a special interest in orthopedics, and she utilizes a combination of manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional training to help patients reach their goals. Outside of work, she enjoys playing tennis and pickleball, going to the beach with family and friends, and exploring new places.
