Originally from Hong Kong, Ted has lived in Montgomery County since age 3 . After receiving a Bachelor’s of Science in Electrical Engineering from University of Maryland, College Park, he pursued a Master's in Physical Therapy from University of Maryland, Baltimore, graduating in 1997.
